WILL CULPEPPER
Director
As a walk-on to Texas Tech Football in 1996, Will Culpepper is a testament to true grit and determination. Two years of hard work and determination as a linebacker earned him a much-deserved scholarship. From 1996-2000, Will achieved a 4-year letterwinner in football. He played under Spike Dykes until his senior year when Mike Leach led the program.
In 2000, Will earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech and went on to build a highly successful career in executive sales in various industries. As Texas Tech sweethearts, Will and his wife Erin are thrilled to be back in Lubbock with their family. Will takes over as Executive Director of Double T Varsity Club from Rodney Allison, who retired in the fall of 2023.
